We never evolved to make choices about what to eat or how to exercise in conditions of abundance and comfort… and now holding excess fat is the norm.
We never evolved to endure the long lasting stress of work deadlines and finances… and now overwhelm and burnout are the norm.
We never evolved to live in artifical environments of light, temperature and food abundance… and now poor sleep and health are the norm.
Despite a multi-billion pound “health and fitness” industry, most people are unsatisfied with thier bodies and rates of physical activity remain low.
The fitness industry settles for quick fixes, fad diets, and isolated shortcuts, instead of facilitating lasting lifestyle change.
Our healthcare system settles for treating the symptoms of these problems — which is easier, and more profitable — than addressing their causes.
We continue to eat far too much processed, nutritionally void, foods. We experience high levels of stress and suffer from extreme levels of preventable disease.
The current system does not work.
We believe the solution lies in three things:
1 – Education and awareness around movement, sleep, stress and eating.
2 – Personalised coaching which facilitates lasting change
3 – A welcoming community and environment which supports a healthier lifestyle
